Our Asia Hotel Reviews
Asia is my absolute favourite place for super luxurious family friendly hotels at mega affordable prices. We’ve traveled Asia with kids far and wide and have stumbled upon some amazing hotels and resorts I’d happily revisit again and again. Here are our favourites.
Family Friendly hotels in Vietnam
Vietnam is an amazing country to visit with kids. The people are so friendly and you can find some amazing luxury hotels for dirt cheap prices. Have a look at these great places to stay in Da Nang which will suit every type of traveler. Or if you prefer your own space then this Airbnb in Da Nang is a great solution.
Family Friendly hotels in Singapore
Singapore is an amazing Island, clean, modern and easy to navigate with little kids. It’s a great introduction to Asia if you’re a first time visitor or makes a fantastic stop off if you’re heading further East. We stayed at her Carlton Hotel a great value hotel just down the road from the famous Raffles. Check out our Carlton hotel Singapore review here.
Family Friendly hotels in Malaysia
Another fantastic city to visit with kids. Kuala Lumpur is packed with Asian charm but full of modern amenities. Think massive malls, amazing science centres and of course the iconic Petronas Towers. We stayed at the Berjaya Times Square hotel, it was right next to one of the biggest malls in the city making it an ideal base for getting around the city. Read about the Berjaya Times Square hotel, Kuala Lumpur in this honest review post.
Still relatively undiscovered, the Malaysian Island of Langkawi is home to one of my favourite hotels of all time. The Westin Langkawi had everything we could want from a family holiday, the best pools, amazing food and a fabulous kids club. Have a read of this Westin Langkawi blog to discover why I’d love to return.
Family Friendly hotels in Bali
Bali is possibly my favourite place in the world, I love the mix of culture in Ubud, the craziness of Seminyak and the pure relaxation of Nusa Dua.
Another fantastic Westin we visited was located in the Western style resort area on Nusa Dua. It another luxury hotel and budget prices. Check out our Westin Nusa Dua review and get booking those flights!
Whilst visiting Ubud, the capital city and cultural centre of Bali we stayed slightly out of town at the Lokha Ubud. We had the most amazing one bed suite with our very own private pool but my favourite part was just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool staring out to the jungle. Have a look at all the other amazing features you’ll find in the Lokha Ubud here.
Family friendly hotels in Thailand
Thailand is where my real love affair with Asia began and that is in a large part down to the amazing hotels. As you’re likely to start your family holiday in Thailand in Bangkok I’ll let you in on my favourite. The Anantara Sathorn is a great, modern hotel located near the train system but far enough away from some of the popular city night spots to make it suitable for kids.
